Dr Murphy is an exceptional clinical leader with extensive experience across health systems in Australia, the UK, NZ, and the UAE. She has led major reforms in medical governance, safety, and multidisciplinary service delivery and brings a powerful blend of clinical credibility, operational insight, and executive leadership to Baseline Onsite.
Her appointment marks a key step in Baseline’s evolution as we continue to scale our services across Injury Management, Travel Medicine, Health Surveillance, and integrated site‑based healthcare and sire services.
